Dr. Abdul Karim Taifour, LMT
Massage Doctor’s principal provider Karim is a unique combination of a European trained physician and an experienced massage therapist. He also has advanced training in various bodywork and acupressure treatment techniques.
Karim is a provider with select health insurance plans, and is only accepting new clients with Kaiser and Regence (including Uniform) plans. He also accepts auto and personal injury cases. He has extensive experience helping people recover from auto accidents and other injuries, as well as supporting clients through chronic illness and pregnancy/postpartum.

A client's success story...
I first came to Karim 3 years ago almost on my hands and knees as a result of a hamstring injury that kept haunting me. Karim was literally my last resort in helping me to overcome this nagging strain. I had tried many things including physical therapy, foam rolling, stretching, resting, and icing. While working with Karim through a few sessions, the hamstring miraculously healed to full strength.
I also went through a severe bike accident in having 8 fractures on my arm. Again, through Karim’s miracle work, I have regained full range of motion in my shoulder and elbow without any further complications.
Since those challenging times during 2014-2016, I qualified for the Boston Marathon and finished my first Ironman Ultra distance Triathlon by swimming, biking, and running... 140.6 miles.
Karim has become a good friend of mine. He is so much more than a massage therapist, he truly understands the medical physiology of the human body and helping you to return to full health physically and mentally.
